How to Make It: 1. Trim artichoke to cut off sharp leaves 2. Cut artichoke in 1/2 and place on broiling pan 3. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt & pepper 4. Cook for several minutes until artichoke feels soft 5. Put your artichoke on a plate, squeeze lemon on it and enjoy!
