Well... we may not be able to tell you how many calories really are in that pasta, BUT we do have options to make eating out an enjoyable experience! Here are just a couple tips we have for you...
- Look for the green arrows on our menu: These are the food items we know are lower in calorie content and therefore great for you to eat.
- Order your favorite pasta dish with whole wheat pasta: We offer whole wheat spaghetti pasta, which makes for a great substitution for in any of our pasta dishes. Whole grain pasta contains large amounts of phosphorus, manganese, magnesium and selenium, which are not only easier to digest, but also provide the body with stronger bones and immunity!
- Ask for the salad dressing on the side: While our salads come lightly tossed in dressing, a healthy substitution can be made by having the dressing put on the side. This allows for you to have your favorite salad with just the right amount of dressing that you wish!
